John Russo, a native of Ventnor, New Jersey, moved to Los Angeles in 1993 and through his tenacious attitude propelled himself to the forefront of Celebrity Photography. He has shot the likes of Cindy Crawford, Kevin Costner, John Travolta, Kevin Bacon, and Steven Spielberg just to name a few. His advertising clients have included: The LPGA, The USTA, Sony, Warner Bros. MGM, ABC, and Bally Golf.

Russo's work has been featured in Vogue, Elle, GO as well as many other top publications. When he is not busy shooting Hollywood's 'A list', he can be found teaching a Celebrity Portraiture class at the prestigious Brooks Institute. 'I am so fortunate to do what I do and take pleasure in sharing my knowledge with the next generation of photographers'. John also teaches several workshops a year around the world, where he inspires, motivates and educates students. John has photographed weddings all over the world, including Positano, Capri, Bora Bora, Aspen, London, New York, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and the Napa Valley. He has shot weddings for countless celebrities, notable members of society and foreign dignitaries. His work has been featured in People Magazine, Town & Country, The Tattler, Bride & Bloom and Santa Barbara Magazine.

Russo received an honorary Master's of Fine Art from the prestigious Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara. He has been featured on the cover of the industries top trade publications: Studio Photography & Design, Professional Photographer, and Rangefinder Magazine,

John currently resides between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, California.
